Vamoor provides a limited warranty for eligible furniture and accessories.
Warranty Period
One year from the date of delivery.
Coverage
Table Structure: Structural defects in the tabletop, table legs, frame, and structural joints.
Tabletop/Cover: Manufacturing defects that prevent the panel from being installed or functioning as intended under normal use and when properly assembled.
Electrical Components: Defects in LED lighting, charging modules, and related electrical components.
Included Accessories: Manufacturing or material defects in accessories included with eligible furniture products.
Remedies
If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the warranty period, Vamoor will review the claim and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the terms of this warranty and applicable law. If replacing the affected part reasonably resolves the defect, our preferred remedy is to provide a replacement part.
Depending on the nature and severity of the defect, Vamoor may:
1. Provide a free replacement for the defective part, including reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty replacements within the United States.
2. Provide repair instructions or other reasonable technical support, where appropriate.
3. Arrange for the repair or replacement of the affected product or part if replacing the part alone does not resolve the issue.
Exclusions
Unless the issue is caused by a defect covered under this warranty, or unless otherwise required by applicable law, this limited warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear resulting from normal use.
Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery, including scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, or fading, unless caused by a covered manufacturing defect.
Natural variations in wood grain, color, knots, or texture that do not substantially affect the product’s functionality.
Damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow the accompanying instructions.
Damage resulting from exceeding the specified weight limits or using the product for purposes other than those intended.
Damage resulting from improper cleaning, insufficient maintenance, prolonged exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or unsuitable environments.
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
Damage resulting from fire, flood, or other external events beyond the scope of normal use.
Consumables or parts that are typically replaced during normal use, unless they are covered under the warranty.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by the warranty, unless required by law or confirmed in writing by Starmork.
This section does not exclude defects existing at the time of delivery or other claims protected by applicable law.
